Here's what happened.
First upwards, it was my turn.
Despite being Senior Lifestyle Reporter at Insider, I've never cooked a steak at home in whatever capacity (I prefer to just eat them occasionally when in a nice eating place where I know the meat will be good quality and well-cooked). Therefore, I did not have high hopes for my microwaved steak.
